OUK Friends International, a group of like minds says it will drum support for Sen. Kalu if he joins to 2023 presidential race.
OUK Friends International Executives The Chairman of the group, Hon. Chijioke Chukwu, member representing Bende North constituency had in interaction with ABN TV on Thursday said the time for Igbo Presidency has come.
According to the lawmaker, the group shares the same views and aspirations, maintaining that it is time for an Igbo President which he believes Sen. Kalu represents.
Chukwu insisted that Kalu, the Senate Chief Whip has the network and audacity to emerge the country’s President come 2023 According to Chukwu, the group will begin to make efforts to have a national presence in the coming days.
Membership of the group according to Chijioke Chukwu is drawn from various political parties and open for anyone who may share in its vision.
He said the relatively new group has achieved a lot in the few weeks it has existed, maintaining that it is resolved to push the vision.
He called on the people of the South East region to lend their support to Kalu, adding that he will emancipate the people of the region.
