VIDEO: Police Officer Cries out over Burning of Station by hoodlums in Yobe

Viral footage has shown moment a Police Officer called out the Nigerian Government over the incessant burning of their Stations.

The officer pointed out that people are dying, especially the police officers in the attack.

He called on the Nigerian Government to address the issue of hoodlums burning down their Stations across the country.

The police officer who seems to be residing in Yobe State, was seen crying loudly in the video, lamenting the level of damage done to their station as a result fire which was reportedly set by hoodlums.

“I’m dying in Yobe, Nigeria government look into our problem, people are dying. look at what they done to our station. we’re no longer safe”, the office cried.

 

There have been many reported cases of hoodlums burning police stations across the country.

This has led to the rise, in – insecurity in several parts of the country. However, the police and Army has accused the members of the Indigenous people of Biafra, IPOB, of behind the burning of stations in the Southeast.

Although, the IPOB through its media and publicity secretary, Comrade Emma Powerful, denied the allegation.

In the North, terrorist group, Boko Haram, ISWAP and Bandits are known for carrying out such act in the region.
