Nsukka LGA TC Chairman, Hon. Chinwe Ugwu, empowers barrow pushers with 30 wheel barrow.
According to reports, the TC chairman said this will help the beneficiaries (barrow pushers) by reducing the burden of hiring wheelbarrows on a a daily basis to their job.
The empowerment event was held in Nsukka, in Enugu State
