IPOB Members Stage Heavy Protest In Aba, Defies Military Checkpoints [PHOTOS]

The Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, staged a heavy protest in the streets of Aba on Monday.

According to reports, the protesters protested over the killing of christains including Biafrans in the country.

The protesters has defied many checkpoints in Aba with their flags and other items.

This followed after President Muhammadu Buhari through his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, said IPOB members are using cover of Christianity – and calling for a US Special Envoy to be appointed to stop the “genocide” of Christians in Nigeria. But the real purpose is to drive a wedge between the Nigeria government and its US and UK/European allies.”

Reacting over the petition, Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the group said its members have destroyed Nigeria and by the time they are done with them, the name Nigeria will cease to exist.
