The NSCDC officer who reportedly shot dead two ladies at the Ochacho Carnival in Benue State on the 25th of December 2020 (Christmas Day) has been apprehended.
During interrogation, The NSCDC personnel officer said he wanted to ‘warm’ the air, accidentally, his riffle fell and stray bullets hits two people.
