Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom has lambasted the President, Muhammadu Buhari over his inabilities to tackle the menace caused by Fulani Killer herdsmen.
The governor wondered why the president is yet to proscribed the Fulani herdsmen as a terrorist group, even as the Global Terrorism Index has listed the terror group as the fourth in the list.
Ortom also asked the president what did the IPOB did that warrant the terrorists’ tag which he gave the group compared to what herdsmen are doing.
According to him, the herdsmen have been killing and raping the women in their farms. He also said the killer herdsmen has been known for their notoriety in terms of kidnapping, yet Buhari has not deemed it fit to declare them terrorists.
