Dr. Ogwuru Congratulates Sen. Orji Uzor Kalu and Hon. Benjamin Kalu For Their Appeal Courts Victories

Dr. Hycenth Oguejiofoalu Richard Ogwuru, A former lecturer of the Department of Economics, Abia State University, Uturu, has congratulated Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu, Senator representing Abia North and the House of Reps member representing Bende Federal Constituency, Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, respectively, for their Appeal court victories.

In his congratulatory message, Ogwuru, An Academician, Consultant And Politician, Also, a former aspirant of the Abia State House of Assembly for Bende South State Constituency in the last (2019) general election, described OUK and Ben Kalu’s victories as an eloquent testimonies of the confidence reposed on them by the good people of Abia North and BENDE LGA of Abia State.

Congratulating Orji Uzor Kalu respectively, Ogwuru said his victory has confirmed his leadership qualities as examplified during his tenure as the governor of Abia State and the love of our constituency on him.

The full message reads…

“I congratulate Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu, former governor of Abia State and the present Chief Whip of the Senate and Hon. Benjamin Kalu for their victories at the Appeal Courts confirming their elections at the Senate and House of Representatives respectively. Their victories are eloquent testimonies of the confidence reposed on them by the good people of Abia North and BENDE LGA of Abia State respectively on them.

“On the part of the Senate Chief Whip, it confirms his leadership qualities as examplified during his tenure as the governor of Abia State and the love of our constituency on him and the confidence we have on him that he will deliver more dividends of democracy to us.

“I therefore urge Senator Mao Ohuabunwa to shave his sword and team up with the man of the people (Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu) for the development of Abia North and Abia State in general. It is important to note that no constituency can meaningfully develop in situations of unnecessary litigations and rancour.

“For Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, it is a very deserved victory confirming a sustained grassroot empowerment and people oriented programmes that overstretched over a decade. It shows the love of BENDE people for him.

“His present disposition in the House as the spokesman of the 9th House of Representatives and bursary wards to students of BENDE LGA in higher institutions of learning are giant strides showing his undoubtable ability to represent the good people of BENDE at the federal house.

“I therefore urge them to be focused on their mandate in order to deliver more and more dividends of democracy that will continue to write their names on the sands of history.
