High Commission of Canada to Nigeria through their social media account has dispel information making the round on social media that the Prime Minister of Canada, Mr. Johnson Trudeau, has signed into law an E-Visa to interested Nigerians.

However, the High Commission while dispelling the false information, which alleged that Nigerians in some special professions are eligible to obtain a 10 year Canadian Electronic Visa (E-Visa) under the strict recommendation by Nigerian Embassy, described it as false and fraudulent.

Warning Nigerians to be careful not to fall victims of fraud, the Acting High Commission, Mr Paul Gibbard, in a twitter posts said “No one can guarantee you a job or a visa to Canada”.

“It is false news! Don’t be the victim of a scam. Shine your eyes well well o! If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. No one can guarantee you a job or a visa to Canada”, parts of the tweet read.

Have you seen this lately? It is false news! Don’t be the victim of a scam. Shine your eyes well well o! If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. No one can guarantee you a job or a visa to Canada.
