The Deputy Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Dr. Cosmos Ndukwe has lost his bid to return to the state house of Assembly.
Ndukwe lost to Chijioke Chukwu of the All Progressives Congress APC, who has been declared winner of Bende North State Constituency.
APC candidate Chijioke, polled a total number of 6161 votes while Mr. Cosmos of PDP polled 3832 votes.
