#JusticeForUmmita is currently trending on Twitter following the death of a Kano lady, simply identified as Ummita who was stabbed to death by a Chinese National.
According to reports, Ummita who hails from the Ummukulsum’s family, and the Chinese Man were in love, however, it’s unconfirmed what could have been the reason for him to stabbed her to death at her parents home in Kano.
Although, no official statement from the Kano state government but Nigerians have taken to the social media to express their anger.
@ShehuAbdullahi tweet: “Today is a sad day for the Ummukulsum family in Kano. We also need to ask a good questions. What is beautiful tall, elegant and dimpled lady doing by getting entangled with a lizard-like plate faced Chinese man? Arewa guys you try at all.”
@Aleeyouben said he heard the girl turned down the Chinese man’s love proposal, he tweet: “A Chinese man butchered a girl yesterday in kano. Reports says the girl didn’t accept his love and he followed her to her father’s house and stabbed her to death. We demand✊🏾 #JusticeForUmmita
However, below video showed both of them already knew each other and might have been dating.
Also, a Kano resident who shared a video from the scene, alleged that the Police stopped them having a clear view of the crime scene.

@AbdullahiUDK in a tweet described the Chinese Nationals in Nigeria as being horrible, adding that he had worked with them.
