Abia State receive results of two suspected Coronavirus patient from NCDC

Abia State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu has received the results of two samples sent from Abia to the NCDC Test Facility in Ebonyi State.

This is following a reported case of suspected coronavirus patients in the state.

The first is a two year old girl while the other is a 27 year old lady.

The suspected patients earlier showed what looked like symptoms of the disease whereupon their samples were taken for examination at the test facility.

According to reports, both suspected case tests returned NEGATIVE for COVID-19.

In his response, the Governor thanked God while urging the people of Abia State to continue to observe the best hygienic practices and social distancing.
