2023: We’ll teach you a bitter political lesson, Ohafia youths tell Ohuabunwa

Ohafia Youths Peace Initiative has vowed to politically retire Senator Mao Ohuabunwa in 2023.

The group accused Senator Mao Ohuabunwa of not executing a single project in the council area after spending 8 years in the House of Representatives and 4 years as a Senator.

The group stated this in a statement signed by its Deputy Director General, Prince Samuel Uduma on Saturday morning while reacting to Mao’s interview with AfNews wondering what the former Abia North Senator would campaign with, noting that he did absolutely nothing for Ohafia and the entire Abia North senatorial district when he was elected to represent them.

2023: We'll teach you a bitter political lesson, Ohafia youths tell Ohuabunwa
Mao Ohuabunwa Shared Frying Pan to constituents

“Mao who shared frying pan is talking about going back to the Senate; That is gut from a drowning man who did absolutely nothing for Ohafia, Abia North and Abia State in general. We shall teach him a bitter political lesson in 2023.

“Go to Abia Ohafia, Isiugwu, Ndi Uduma Awoke, Ebem, Asaga, Ndi Ibe, Okon, Amangwu, Nkporo, Abiriba and others, you will see roads constructed by Distinguished Senator Orji Uzor Kalu. What is Mao going to tell the people in those villages?

“Instead of him to openly commend Senator Orji Uzor Kalu for attracting development to his area, he is here ranting like someone that is power drunk.

“Mao should understand that we have gone past the era of deception and lies. We have gone past the era of audio projects and audio employment letters. We are absolutely happy with Senator Orji Uzor Kalu and his performance as the Senator representing Abia North senatorial district.

“Can Mao deny not to have seen Kalu’s bills and motions? Can you argue that Kalu is not a respected Senator in the 9th Senate? We are tired of his lies and propaganda. We are waiting for him at the poll. We shall teach him a bitter lesson,” the group said.
