The West African Examination Council WAEC, has introduced new modalities of collecting attestation of results and certificate.
This was included in a statement released by the examination board.
According to the statement, the process is in two forms.
The first form is provided for private candidates collecting certificate (That is candidates who didn’t write under and school).
Candidates who sat for the exams under a school is expected to collect theirs in their various schools.
The second form includes candidates both in private and through schools.
Demianus Ojijeogu, head of affairs of the council says this method is different from the previous method of collection.
”Before, it was compulsory that all candidates-both private and school come to WAEC office of the state to pick their attestation of results and Certificate. But with this new method, candidates can apply and collect their Attestation of results or certificate in any WAEC office in Nigeria,” he said.
