VIDEO: Work resumes at Aba Port Harcourt road as Gov Ikpeazu inspect project

The Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, today, inspected the ongoing Aba Port Harcourt road project.

He was received in a rousing welcome from the residents who sing and cheer in anticipation that the road which has been abandoned for years will soon wear a new look.

The PH road was awarded to Setraco Construction Company few years back. It happened to be a federal road project, which is being handled by the state government funded by the African Development Bank (AfDB).

It should be recalled that Ikpeazu had last month assured Aba residents that work will soon commence on major roads in the city. He pointed that the roads like; Port Harcourt road, Obohia, Ohanku and Ngwa road will soon wear a new look during his second term.
