The Abia State Elected governor Okezie Ikpeazu, was spotted dancing after he was announced winner of the Saturdays Governorship election in the state.
Ikpeazu who polled the total number of 261,127 to defeat his rivals of the APC and APGA, was declared winner by the INEC Returning Officer, Professor Benjamin Ozumba.
