Video footage has showed the moment Chief Phillip Okwuada, House Of Representatives aspirant of Ika Federal Constituency – slumped after he lost in PDP primaries in Ika, Delta State.
An eyewitness said, Okwuada slumped after sighting how the Delegates he paid cash were chanting; ‘Winner ohhh ooo ohh.. Winner ohh’ to him before the votes were counted.
Philip Okwuada, a former Senior Special Assistant (Livestock Development) to Delta State governor, Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, resigned his appointment to focus on his House of Reps ambition.
