Gunmen reportedly attacked polling units and killed electorates in Igwekamma, Amagu obeagu, Enugu State – during the State local government election.
According to reports, two people were shot by the gunmen, while many were set ablaze during the attack.
A video which has gone viral on social media showed locals gathering to the scene of the attack.
An eyewitness says the gunmen were chanting “election in Biafraland”.
