Closed-circuit television, CCTV, has captured the moment a helicopter with four persons onboard, including the pilot, crash-landed in front of a bank on Oba Akran Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos Tuesday.
AbaCityBlog reports that the chopper burst into flames when it crash-land at bout 4:pm on Tuesday.
The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency said all four persons onboard had been rescued and moved to hospital for further care.
LASEMA said it had activated its disaster response plan, noting that the cause of the crash is still unknown.
“The area has been cordoned off and is being blanketed to prevent a secondary incident.
All Emergency Responders are on scene,” LASEMA said in the statement signed by its Director General, Dr Olufemi Damilola Oke-Osanyintolu.
