Amid the rumors making their rounds online about the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) Justice Kayode Ariwoola in London, he has been spotted observing his prayers in Abuja mosque.
Recall that earlier Mr. Ariwoola was alleged to have been in a secret meeting with the president-elect Mr Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in London.
According to The Gazette, Mr. Ariwoola’s movement was exposed as Mr. Tinubu was arriving in London for what his team claimed was a relaxation trip after a hectic campaign that preceded his declaration as Nigeria’s president-elect last month.
But Mr. Tinubu kept his trip to London secret until it was exposed on Wednesday afternoon by Sahara Reporters, which said the trip was a medical emergency.
However, in video footage twitted by Channels Television, the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) Justice Kayode Ariwoola was clearly seen leaving the Supreme Court for the Ansar-Ud-Deen Central Mosque, Abuja, to observe his prayers today.
