Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka, the spiritual director of Adoration Ministry, Enugu, Nigeria yesterday described the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, as a stingy man.
Mbaka who spoke in the presence of his congregation said a Stingy Man can not become Nigeria’s President, stressed that Nigerians are hungry and need a generous leader.
He said people will die of hunger if a stingy man is allowed to lead the country. The statement causes a loud murmuring as the congregants protested against it.
Recall that Mbaka had during the 2019 presidential campaign, when Obi visited his adoration ground, asked the former Anambra State governor to make declaration what he will do for God when they win the election, Obi, in his response asked Mbaka to show him projects in the adoration ground that he can assist them with and not donating any cash.
Obi who was the then presidential running mate of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of PDP, insisted that he will not donate any cash, rather, he will assist Mbaka in any projects in the adoration ministry.
