Tribunal Affirms Buhari As 2019 Presidential Election Winner, Dismisses Atiku’s Petitions

The PDP presidential candidate also lost out in his petition challenging the victory of the incumbent president.

The Tribunal, among other things stated that there was no law that disqualified President Buhari from contesting the 2019 elections.

As reactions will begin to gather after the ruling, Atiku will likely move on to the Court of Appeal to appeal the judgement.

It should be noted that the three man tribunal all agreed at dismissing Atiku’s case.

Nigerians are keenly watching as the case will finally be decided by the Supreme Court.
