Startups need more than Software developers to succeed. They need Community Managers, Marketing, Sales, Finance & Operations, Creative writers etc.
Current school curriculum do not understand the Startup paradigm let alone producing ready-made talents for the emerging economic space.
The ecosystem is currently at the place where the Banking Industry was in the early to mid-1990’s. Perhaps, we could borrow a leaf from the Banking sector and approach the issue in the way they did back then.
