The former Governor of Abia State, Senator Orji Kalu, has held his funeral service for his late wife Mrs Ifeoma Ada Kalu, at McEwen Funeral Service-Pineville Chapel, North Carolina, in the United States.
The Senate Chief Whip shared pictures from the open casket viewing via his social media page on Wednesday.
He wrote, “Ahead of tomorrow’s service of songs for my late wife Mrs Ifeoma Ada Kalu, we had an open casket viewing at McEwen Funeral Service-Pineville Chapel, North Carolina, USA. We will miss our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, Sister and Aunt. She will be sorely missed by all.”
AbaCityBlog reports that Senator Kalu, on April 3rd, announced the death of his wife, Mrs Ifeoma Kalu, who died at the age of 61 in US.
The former Abia governor described her as a woman virtue and asked people to always remember she left behind in their prayers.
