Reactions has trailed photo of the Kaduna State Governor’s Son, Bashir El-rufai and his newly wedded wife he described as “Nwakaego”.
Social media users are reacting following Bashir’s alleged hateful comments on the Igbo tribe in Nigeria.
While the name of his newly wedded wife “Nwakaego” described her as Igbo, social media users has wondered why would an Igbo descendants would want to marry someone who allegedly hates her kinsmen.
It might be true that Bashir has made some derogatory comments about the Igbo people in Nigeria but love can change the way we see things. But is she truly an Igbo?

Going by Identity crisis which started after the Biafra/Nigeria civil war in 1967, between the South-South and Southeast, bearing the name may not defined her as an Igbo.
