The Nigerian Police Force has released the names, ranks and pictures of the two policemen that were allegedly killed by suspected members of IPOB activists in Anambra.
According to reports, the incident took place in Oraifite, Ekwusigo LGA, Anambra State, at the home of Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, on Dec, 2nd.
The reports also had it that four IPOB members were shot dead by policemen. Which in retaliation, IPOB members killed two policemen and set their van ablaze.
Another reports has it that the policemen attempted a failed arrest due to a brutal fight which broke out on Saturday after a burial in the area.
However, Police have declared Ejiofor wanted and in a twitter post, Police released the photos and names of their officers killed during the clash.
The officers are;
ASP Joseph Akubo (Attached To SARS)
ACP Oliver Abbey (Area Commander Oraifite)
