Social Media users are dressing up as the new Director-General of the World Trade Organisation, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala to participate in the #NoiGoesToWTO challenge on the social media platform.
Abacityblog.com reported that Okonjo-Iweala’s appointment as Director General of World Trade Organization (WTO) was announced on Monday by the Geneva-based organisation.
Meanwhile, the challenge was started by Temie Giwa-Tubosun of Lifebank, a platform that delivers medical supplies.

Giwa-Tubosun shared the first entry in the challenge on Sunday and tweeted, “Ladies and gentlemen, it’s tomorrow! #NoiGoesToWTO! We are giving away N100k to the best dressed! Dress up like NOI and send her a message of support as she goes to WTO! #AnkaraArmy stand up!!!!”
The challenge gained more traction on Monday as the WTO announced the appointment of Okonjo-Iweala, who is the first African and woman to head the 25-year-old organisation.
Other Social media users across platforms have been participating in the challenge.
