The Term Freedom Fighter assumes varying connotations in various places but in Biafra, the term Freedom fighter, as defined by an electronic dictionary is a fighter for freedom, especially a person who battles against established forces of tyranny and dictatorship.

By the same token, Webster defined a freedom fighter as a person who takes part in a resistance movement against an oppressive political or social establishment while Freedom fighter’s definition of Dictionary.com, is a fighter for freedom, especially a person who battles against established forces of tyranny and dictatorship.

Though, Webster differentiates a freedom fighter from a terrorist by means of perception rather than by the intent or the mode of the damage inflicted on the tyrant or oppressor. However, a Biafran freedom fighter is he or she who inflicts maximum psychological pain or damage on Nigerian Government or its people without appropriating human life.

One might be prompted to ask the question, what is the significance of the distinction of a freedom fighter from a terrorist though this is a more self-referential and subtly insular question that solicits a comparison of the Old School versus New School of Biafran Freedom Fighters.

According to Webster, the Old School is the people who support traditional policies and practices and in the context of the Biafran Struggle these included the students of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka who participated actively in Biafran Nigerian War of 1967 to 1970, the high school students of most secondary and high schools in Eastern Nigeria, and persons of lower socio economic status of Eastern Nigeria who imbibed the Biafran Ideals.

The common characteristics of this group is that they are classified as Veterans of the Biafran War while New School according to electronic dictionary is a style, way of thinking or method for accomplishing a task that is typical of the current era and in the context of the Biafran Struggle these include college drop out such as the leadership of IPOB, illegal Aliens in Europe and Asia, Unemployed College Graduates of Nigerian Universities, Persons of lower Socio Economic Status, Renegades of the Biafran Cause, and Misguided Youths.

All of the later are known as the New School of Biafran Freedom Fighters. The distinguishing characteristics of this group is that they can’t handle confidential material as was handled by the Allied Forces during the second world war in that they are easily swayed by women as their leader took pride in displaying the nudity of him and his concubines in the cyberspace.

Definitely, Old School Biafran Freedom Fighters would not allow such a character to handle Biafran Confidential material, the circumstances notwithstanding. It is abundantly clear that Nigeria lacks military Intelligence, otherwise all that Nigeria would have done is to send a beautiful damsel the way of IPOB leadership and he would drop the agitation for the Biafran Third Republic.

It needs to be stated that the New School of Biafran Freedom Fighters are excellent at creating and disseminating propaganda. In actuality, the New School of Biafran Freedom Fighters are as good as Hitler’s Propaganda Machinery, if not better but not as good as legendary Okokondem of War Time Radio Biafra.

Additionally, the Old School of Biafran Freedom Fighters are bound together by their superior sense of Esprit De Corps of the Biafran Struggle while the New Biafran Freedom Fighters are torn apart by personal aggrandizement, the desire to be the supreme leader, and the lust for money.

The Old School of Biafran Freedom Fighters respect authority and the sanctity of life but the New School of Biafran Freedom Fighters disrespect authority and the respect of life value system of Biafra. Consequently, the New School of Biafran Freedom Fighters rain threats on any one who espouses an opposing view. Thus, it could be stated that IPOB Mob has made life threatening remarks on Late Dr. Ikedife, Dr. Peter Ejirika, CPA, and a host of other Biafrans as making threats is their modus operandi.

Suffice it to ask all Biafrans who have been threatened by IPOB MOB to speak up or send the information to me so that this information could be given to the Law Enforcement Agencies of Eastern States. For all Biafrans who did not witness the war, please be informed that we lost the war because of the nonparticipation of the Ijaw Ethnic Group in the Biafran Struggle.

If the Ijaw Group had participated in the Nigerian/Biafra War, Nigerian War Ship couldn’t have landed on the shores of Bonny. It could be recalled that I told my troops in Bonny When Nigerian Ship landed that we had lost the war, as such each person should take care of themselves so Biafrans should desist from insulting Asari Dokubo, otherwise we will loose again.

Mr. Asari Dokubo is what we know in management literature as a hygienic factor, the value of this factor is better assessed by its absence rather than by its presence.
