Locals has discovered over 20,000 Permanent Voters Card, PVC, allegedly buried in a drainage system in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
In a video posted by an Instagram account @Portharcourt_daily, the footage showed the yet to be confirmed number of PVC’s in a bowl.
However, a man who is behind the video claimed the PVC is numbering over 20,000. Adding that they dug it out in a drainage at Apa-Ogwu Estate, Rumuodara, in the Rivers State capital, Port Harcourt.
The man noted that the state government have been contacted for the recovery of the PVC’s, he, however, wondered why a local government Chairman will be sent for the PVC, instead of an INEC official.
