Former Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha, has produced a hand over note to Governor Emeka Ihedioha, barely 12hrs the governor gave the directives.
With this, it shows that Ihedioha took over from Okorocha without proper documents. It should be recalled that the governor said Okorocha failed to hand over financial documents to him.
