A former Senator representing Abia Central, Nkechi Nwaogu, has declared that Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress, APC, is the incoming President of Nigeria.
Senator Nwaogu, who doubles as Abia State Coordinator, Tinubu Shettima Women Presidential Campaign Council, throw a subtle shade on Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate, saying a party with no Structure can never win an election.
DailyPost reports that Senator Nkechi Nwaogu made the comment on Thursday while inaugurating Abia State Tinubu-Shettima Women Presidential Campaign Council.
The politician urged women to cast their votes for the All Progressives Congress, APC, candidate, Tinubu.
“Political party without structure can never win an election and this is a plus to Tinubu-Shettima Presidential joint ticket.
“The major reason the Presidential Candidate of the APC is being criticized unjustly is because he is the candidate to beat,” she said.
