The Director General of Atikulated Agenda Worldwide, Chief Dr. Emeka Kalu (ECK), and CEO of Stercoll Nigeria Limited, a United States based business tycoon and one time Governorship Aspirant in Abia State, has responded to critics who seems to be confused and dueling on speculations about his position on the fight for a better Nigeria as he was one of the foremost supporters of the election of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar to steer the affairs of Nigeria back to glory in restoration of lost years on despondency and economic quagmire.
In a press release signed by his media aide, Comr. Amos Kalu, Chief Kalu, revealed 7 (seven) key things that made him show his total support to Atiku’s presidential race.
He said;
1). In recent weeks, some detractors have resorted to all manners of rumors that are nonetheless unfounded that He, Charles Kalu has abandoned ship like other Pro-Atiku leaders who has turned their backs on him, Atiku at these trying times of his march to reclaim his mandate at the tribunal.
2). Let me make it clear to all and sundry that my support for Atiku was not borne out of my pecuniary ends and that is why I will not abandon him for any reason until the success for which we have judiciously labored for will be achieved and the mission fully attained.
3). I believe in Atiku from abinitio with total conviction that he is the only leader Nigeria need to turn the tide of our dwindling economy, insecurity and imminent slump into recession facing Nigeria as a Nation and I have not given up on hope on this dream yet.
4). I am also letting the world know that my resolve to support Atiku was not because I received anything from him, but as a businessman; I invest in my convictions and when I do, I stick to it no matter the outcome. I will advice the tongue wagers to know that my support for Atiku was for “Better for Worse”, and nothing will change that.
5). We can do better by focusing on the things that matters, rather than throwing tantrums while Nigeria is getting worse by day. We have seen everything turn the other way as investors has abandoned Nigeria because no investor will put his treasure in an insecure environment and/or in a government with no clearcut economic policy to salvage a dying economy.
6). I still maintain that President Buhari has contributed his quota by fighting corruption that has been the worst nightmare to Nigerian development. But from his track records in the private sector, I still have the full conviction that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is the man with the requisite knowledge to make the right policies that will help to consolidate the inroads already made by PMB.
7). Let it be known therefore that my support for Alhaji Atiku is even more solidified because I am still convinced that he is the only person to make the difference and we will continue to remain unrelenting till the mandate given to him by the entire citizens of Nigeria is reclaimed and fulfilled.
