A lady identified has taken to social media to narrate the medical condition that she was diagnosed with in 2016 by a gynecologist.
According to her back in 2016, at age 20, she went to meet a gynecologist because at that age has never menstruated.

Menstruation is one of the early signs of puberty and maturity for ladies which start at an early age of 12-15 years depending on the body type of the lady.
But even till the age of 20 Desire never had experience of one, this led her to pay a gynecologist a visit.
However several tests, scans, Dr. consultations was conducted on the young lady, she was diagnosed with a medical condition called Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome (AIS).
AIS, meaning that she has the gene of a man but the physical appearance of a woman.
A person diagnosed with AIS has both the chromosomes found in the male and female body.
She was not born with an uterus, instead she has internal testicles. It didn’t grow out. Her private part is 100% that of a woman.
Desire also produces testosterone which is found only in male body and her body doesn’t respond to the XY chromosomes.
