Reports reaching us has it that one Mr. Chinedu, has allegedly murdered his brother, Mr. Solomon in cold-blood.
The incident according reports happened happened at Mgboko Umuorio Community in Obingwa LGA of Abia State.
Trouble ensued when Mr. Solomon’s son went to his (Chinedu’s) house to pick some mango fruits.
Report also has it that Mr. Chinedu, out of his hatred on his brother’s family flogged the little boy mercilessly to the extent that the boy fainted and was unable to go back home.
When Solomon heard what happened, he went Chinedu’s house to question him why he scolded his son, but was given a hot chase by Chinedu, who went after him with a cutlass.
Eye witness report says that, Mr. Solomon, on his way taking his son back to his own house after asking Mr. Chinaedu why he got the boy flogged in such a manner, Mr. Chinedu went inside his room, picked a cutlass and rushed after Mr. Solomon.
Before Mr. Solomon could turn back and realize what was happening, Mr. Omeonu had already given him a deep cut behind his neck and he slumped and died instantly.
