Lloydant Business Services Limited, a wage bill, payroll management and biometric data of civil servants in Abia State has reacted to the allegation raised by a group identified as Concerned Abia Youths Forum (CAYF).
The group had accused the immediate past Commissioner for Finance, Mr. Obinna Oriaku and Lloydant Business Services of ripping off the state through huge commissions and extortion.
CAYF, in a statement signed by its Chairman, Comrade Cyril Ahamefula ; Secretary, Kalu Ndukwo Anya and PRO, Kingsley Ekeke; the group said it is shocking that the problem of biometric data, wage bill and payroll management still persist in the state despite huge fees and commissions collected by Lloydant Business Services.
However, reacting to the allegation, Lloydant Business Services who sponsored a rejoinder on Vanguard Newspaper, August 8th 2019 edition – on page 22, described the allegation as ‘puerile, crass and extremely unintelligent falsehood’ peddled by the group to tarnish the hard earned company’s business reputation.
Lloydant further stated that they have not executed any questionable business in Abia State or elsewhere. Adding that the success being recorded by the Abia State government in partnership with Lloydant, particularly in tertiary education sector proves the company reputation is unquestionable.
