Dr. Fred Ekpe Ayokhai, a senior lecturer with the department of History and International Studies at Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA), was on Friday, October 21, captured ruthlessly brutalizing a 20-year- old girl who fought his daughter over a man.
The girl, named Blessing Mathias, had sometime last week confronted Ayokhai’s daughter, Emmanuella Onawegie, for trying to ‘snatch’ her boyfriend, simply identified as IG.
Blessing confronted Emmanuel in Lafia, Nasarawa State, after she found out that she had her boyfriend’s number and was chatting with him. She had asked her to delete the number but Emmanuel blatantly refused leading to a fight.

Retaliating, Emmanuel’s family joined forces and descended on Blessing, beating her up, stripped her and dumped her in the bush.
However, the matter have been reported to the police and Blessing, according to reports is responding to treatment. Although, she has internal injuries, according to doctors.
The family beat and humiliated Blessing and left her in the bush.
