President Muhammadu Buhari has said he is disappointed with the Intelligence System over the Tuesday night terrorists attack that took place at Kuje Prison, Abuja.
AbaCityBlog reports that President Muhammadu Buhari had today, visited the Kuje Prison, following the terrorist attack at the correctional center, which led to the escape of not fewer than 600 inmates.
Reacting after his visit, President Buhari in a statement on his verified Twitter account, said he is very disappointed with the country’s intelligence system. The President wondered how terrorist group could organize such attack and get away with it.
“Saddened by the attack on the Medium Security Custodial Centre, Kuje. I am disappointed with the intelligence system,” Mr Buhari tweeted.
“How can terrorists organize, have weapons, attack a security installation and get away with it? I am expecting a comprehensive report on this shocking incident”, he concluded.
