To show their love and solidarity for the Labour Party presidential candidate, the youths in Imo State today organised a street walk tagged #Imo1MillionManMarch for Peter Obi and his running mate, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed.
Obi’s supporters popularly known as Obidients troop out en mass during the street walk and made a golden throne for Peter Obi and his running mate, Yusuf.
Several videos obtained by AbaCityBlog displayed the youths walking down the Douglas street in Owerri, Imo State capital and calling on Obi to sit on his throne which simply means the office of the President.
One Million Man March for Peter Obi, kick-started in Nassarawa and Cross River States, and it has elicited reactions among Nigerians, while the opposition parties have said such movement is a waste of time, Obi’s supporters which made up of mostly Nigerian youths has vowed to take the movement across the 36 States of the country.
