Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, the chief whip of the 9th National Assembly has said he holds no grudge against anyone.
The senator stated this when the men of the press converged at his Abuja residence shortly after he left the Abuja correctional building.
Speaking on his behalf, Rep. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, said Sen. Kalu will not be addressing the media but needs to rest and get ready to get back to work as it’s what his people elected him to do.
Hon. Kalu said the Senator extended his gratitude to every Nigerian, especially the people of Abia North.
“Senator Kalu won’t be addressing you today, he needs to rest and will do the addressing at the appropriate time. You all know him as a person who loves the media and always like to interact with you, but today I’m doing it on his behalf. ” he holds no grudge against anyone and he thanks everyone who believed that justice needs to be done”, the Rep member said.
