…Chima Anyaso,Cosmos Ndukwe Victims of the Plot
It is no Longer News that the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) and Governor Okezie Ikpeazu failed woefully to the All Progressive Congress(APC) in Bende Local Government Area of Abia State.
Our Correspondent who Investigated the Political rumblings in Bende Local Government confirmed that the Member Representing Bende Federal Constituency at the National Assembly Hon Nnenna Elendu Ukeje was the Chief Sponsor of hatchet job against the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP), Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, Dr Chima Anyaso and the Deputy Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly Rt Hon Dr Cosmos Ndukwe.
Nnenna Elendu Ukeje elected as a Member of the House of Representatives in 2007 will be completing her 12 Years at the green Chamber come June 2019 while her brother Chief Gabriel Okekere was the immediate past Executive Chairman of Bende Local Government Area.
THE EVIL PLOT
Before the Primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party in October 2018, Hon Nnenna Elendu Ukeje had vowed not to re-contest for the Bende Federal Constituency seat only to make a u-turn at the late hour, declaring her intention to Run for another Term.
Before she Picked the Form a Business Mogul Dr Chima Anyaso had already declared his intention to run for the same Office,and backed by major stakeholders in Bende Federal Constituency, Dr Chima Anyaso Defeated Hon Nnenna Elendu Ukeje in a Free and Fair Primaries of the PDP held in Bende.
Immediately after her loss, Hon Nnenna Ukeje who was appointed as one of the Spokespersons of the PDP Presidential Campaign Council launched against a Campaign of calumny against Dr Chima Anyaso and Rt Hon Cosmos Ndukwe, accusing the duo of bringing her Political Career to an end in Bende.
Apart from the duos of Chima Anyaso, Hon Nnenna Ukeje also accused the Governor of Abia State Dr Okezie Ikpeazu of being behind her Political Misfortunes in Bende Local Government Area.
Our Investigation in Bende revealed that Hon Nnenna Ukeje started Midnight Meetings with the Candidate of the All Progressive Congress now Member elect in Bende Federal Constituency Barr Benjamin Kalu on how to ensure that Dr Chima Anyaso is dislodged from the Contest.
The Lawmaker summoned meeting of all those who had Benefited from her Political Office in the last 12 years and publicly declared that Dr Chima Anyaso and Cosmos Ndukwe must not be allowed to Win the Election.
While that was going On,His Brother and Former Chairman of Bende Local Government Area Chief Gabriel Okereke held a midnight meeting with the candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance(APGA) for Bende North Hon Ndukwe Ojukwu on how to divide the votes from Item against his Brother Dr Cosmos Ndukwe.
Before the Postponement of the 2019 Presidential and National Assembly Election. Hon Nnenna Ukeje called another meeting in her Fathers Compound Alayi where she said over her dead Body will Chima Anyaso Win, from the Video recording of her speech, Hon Nnenna Ukeje emphatically stated that her interest was only for the PDP Presidential Candidate Atiku Abubakar and for House of Representatives,his People must vote for the APC Candidate Barr Benjamin Kalu.
She rolled Out Millions of Naira and commissioned her Agents to the Various Polling Units in Bende Local Government Area, and urged them to ensure that Chima Anyaso is Defeated.
In ITEM, home of Dr Cosmos Ndukwe,Hon Sunday Ugwa, Barr James Okpara were among top Chieftains of the PDP who agreed to carry out the assignment.
In Igberre, home of Dr Chima Anyaso, the PDP Stakeholders in that Area were all Compromised against Chima Anyaso while in Alayi, Ugwueke and Ezeukwu Hon Ukwu Rocks,Chief Gabriel Okereke, Hon Titus Okoronkwo were the hatchet men that executed the Plots.
Our Correspondent also gathered that despite the Pleading of Dr Chima Anyaso, Gabriel Elendu was given Mobilisation Fund of Over N2million,which he used to work against Chima Anyaso.
The Loss of Cosmos Ndukwe.
After the Plot against Dr Chima Anyaso,the conspirators began the last minute game to pull down Dr Cosmos Ndukwe at the Poll.
It was gathered that Dr Cosmos Ndukwe also met with some of the Conspirators Including the Former Bende Local Government Area Chairman Gabriel Elendu, where he apologised in case if there is areas he had wronged them, yet same Cabals Hijacked the Election Fund for Bende Local Government Area and used it against Dr Okezie Ikpeazu and Dr Cosmos Ndukwe.
Nnenna Ukeje it was learnt categorically told her people that no one should vote for Governor Okezie Ikpeazu and Dr Cosmos Ndukwe, she directed them to vote for the Candidates of the All Progressive Congress in the Governorship and House of Representatives.
As a Result of the Plots,all the Commissioners Appointed by Dr Okezie Ikpeazu from Bende North lost their Polling Units to the All Progressive Congress(APC).
