The Enyimba Football club of Aba for its first time has gotten an electronic scoreboard installed in the stadium.
This is even as the Abia State governor, Okezie Ikpeazu donated a Coaster bus and Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) for the players and her manager to help in their local activities.
The news is coming few hours after the club won their match in 2-1 agregate score against the visiting club, Rahimo FC, in the first round of Confideration of African Football #TotalCAF.
Revealing the news via his twitter handle, Governor Ikpeazu said his adminstration will continue to support Enyimba FC to ensure the club gets to its peak.
He wrote;
“For the 1st time in her illustrious history, @EnyimbaFC today played with an electronic scoreboard recently installed by my administration at the stadium in Aba. I’m proud of other new facilities we installed. Enyimba has scaled through via 2-1 aggregate win over Rahimo FC 💪
“As further demonstration of my commitment to the progress of the Club, I donated a Coaster bus & an SUV to @EnyimbaFC after their match this evening against Rahimo FC. The bus will help ease their local travels while the SUV will be used by the Club’s Chairman, Anyansi Agwu.
