Enyimba Football Club of Aba midfielder Gabriel Orok says the club quest for success cannot be reemphasized.
The young star who has been a revelation for the “Peoples Elephant’ since joining the club from NNL Side Calabar Rovers FC two years ago Speaking exclusively to MAGIC FM Aba Sports OAP, Tony Ademodi, maintained that with the calibre of players, Technical Crew and Management in the Aba club, there is no way they will not challenge for titles again this season.
“Enyimba FC has never disappointed its fans, the history of the club speaks volumes, So as a player, once you are privileged to play for Enyimba FC, then, you also join the list of Stars who have played for the club. Look at the players on ground, so much quality and this only goes on to show you that the club is serious, to challenge for trophies placed in front of them”.
The former Diamond Star FC of Calabar player also maintained that despite the high competition for places in the team, he is determined to showcase his talents when selected for games.
“When you come to the Enyimba Fc players camp, you see senior players everywhere, there will always be room for competition, that’s why its called ENYIMBA FC.
“I grew up in Calabar hearing about Enyimba Fc, and played against them during my days with Calabar Rovers FC, So that’s how my journey to Aba became a reality, I believe am made to play football, and when ever am selected to play, its my duty to give my best on the field of play, that’s why am a professional footballer”.
Orok is also optimistic that his performances with the team could earn him a call up to the Under 20 or Under 23 national team.
