Deputy Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Cosmos Ndukwe, has told Igbos leaving outside the Southeast region to continue with their business acumen.
The businessman and the chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, was speaking at the backdrop of the 2019 election where Ndigbo where being intimidated, especially in Lagos State.
According to him, igbos shouldn’t be intimidated over such threat.
He equally noted that Igbos are the only tribe in Nigeria that have inbuilt business acumen and that also practice Master Servant Settlement contract.
Hon. Ndukwe popularly known as MOG, stated this via his Instagram handle.
He wrote: “Just thinking aloud, reinventing enterprise in Igbo land now that elections are over.
“Igbos voted for party that will support business … Nigeria true federalism and think home investment opportunities syndrome.
“The place of NDI IGBO in Nigeria deficient true federalism is pitiable. But we have our inbuilt venture capital structure as fall back. Only Igbos practice Master servant settlement contract.
“We may not have economic power, oil wells power or Agricultural power but we have our inbuilt venture capital power to sustain our upcoming youths.
“I do not buy the idea of mass Exodus to embrace home investment syndrome only. Don’t chicken out from Lagos or Northern states for fear of political intimidation.
“Musicians engage more youths, business men be more faithful to settle your servants while servants should keep to oath of contract period.
