A Corp member serving as INEC ad-hoc staff for the 2019 general election has been apprehended for thumb printing ballot papers inside a bush.
In a picture posted on social media, the lady was caught with multiple ballot papers.
The poster alleged that the lady was thumb printing the ballot papers for the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Abia State chapter.
