A long list of branded vehicle belonging to the Rivers State governor and 2023 PDP presidential aspirant, Nyesom Wike, has been spotted in Abuja.
Governor Wike came second in the last night’s Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential primaries held at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja. The election was decided by the party delegates across the country.
In the presidential primary election conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Wike polled a total number of 237 votes, losing to the former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, who polled a total number 371 votes.
Addressing the delegates, Governor Wike said he will support whoever emerged as the official PDP candidate for the 2023 presidential election. Stressing that PDP is his party and he has been working to see the party moving.
Meanwhile, a video footage showed the River’s State governor’s branded campaign vehicles leaving Abuja to an undisclosed destination.
