Femi Fani-Kayode has described president Muhammadu Buhari’s visit to South Africa as ‘inappropriate and an insult to Nigerians’.
Recall that report had it that the president scheduled a 3 days visit today Wednesday, 2nd October.
Buhari is expected to meet with his South African counterpart, Cyril Ramaphosa, over the recent Xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in his country.
To accompany him include, 3 governors and 7 ministers.
FFK says Buhari is not expected to grant Ramaphosa a state visit after his country men killed Nigerians.
Reacting to the planned visit on his Twitter handle, FFK wrote:
“A President does not reward a foreign power that has just slaughtered his citizens with impunity with a state visit.
@MBuhari’s visit to South Africa is inappropiate and an insult to the Nigerian people.This is yet another 1st in the ignoble hall of infamy and shame for Nigeria.”
