Boris Johnson, British Prime minister has tested positive for COVID-19, a disease caused by Coronavirus.
The minister took to his twitter page to announce his status after a test was carried out and the result came out that he has the virus.
“Over the last 24 hours I have developed mild symptoms and tested positive for coronavirus”, Mr. Johnson said on a video he uploaded on twitter.
He further stated that right now, he is in self-isolation while urging the public to stay at home.
“I am now self-isolating, but I will continue to lead the government’s response via video-conference as we fight this virus. Together we will beat this. #StayHomeSaveLives.
