News reaching ABACITYBLOG news desk has it that the detained spokesman of the Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP), Barrister Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere has been granted.
Recall that Barr. Ugochinyere was arrested by the Police and has been in detention till date.
Reacting over the arrest, COSEYL described the arrest as unlawful, show of shame and rascality which is totally unacceptable.
However, a Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Magistrate Court sitting in Wise Zone 2, ordered the release of Barrister Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere.
The court also restrained the Nigeria Police Force from re-arresting him.
