UPDATED: Akpabio, Amosun, Fayemi, Other 3 Presidential Aspirants Steps Down For Tinubu

Ibikunle Amosun has stepped down from the 2023 Presidential race for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, saying he did so in the spirit of consensus as directed by President Muhammdu Buhari.

Likewise, Senator Godswill Akpabio, former minister of Niger Delta Affairs has withdrawn from the APC presidential primary and stepped for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Also, Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi has stepped down for the former Lagos State governor and National leader of APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

Governor Badaru of Jigawa State also stepped down for Tinubu.

Ajayi Boroffice, deputy Senate Leader, has also joined the list of aspirants withdrawing from the race for Tinubu.

A former House of Representatives, Dimeji Bankole stepped down for Tinubu.

Uju Kennedy Ohanenye is the only female APC contestant stepped down for Tinubu.
