Coalition Of South East Youth Leaders (COSEYL) have described the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Barr. Boss Gidahyelda Mustapha as a man who sees public service as the sentinel of the public interest.
COSEYL, in a statement signed by its President General, Goodluck Ibem, noted that Mustapha, has been proficient in piloting the affairs of governance and that of his office to sustain the tempo of service delivery by the government through the machinery of coordination and supervision.

He has integrated himself within the moral architectures that are fully aligned with the next levels agenda and vision of President Muhammadu Buhari. He is totally committed to serving the nation with loyalty, truth,commitment, fealty, fidelity and allegiance.
His actions and policy implementation methods have made Nigerians have confidence in the administration of President Buhari. His administrative acumen is matchless. He is a man of definite purpose, a visionary par excellence, a political leader extra ordinaire , whose strong progressive convictions will never allow him to be compromised in the collective struggle to made Nigeria great.
His entire political career is marked by consistent and unassailable conquests over anti-democratic, and retrogressive elements. He is ranked among the cerebral professionals in politics in the country. He is large-hearted and highly detribalised Nigerian . He is very efficient in coordinating the activities of government at extra-ministerial , ministerial and other government levels. He has indeed contributed his quota to democratic growth and development.
