Borno state Governor Babagana Zulum, has employed over 1,000 supernatural hunters from different parts of the North-East and North-West to fight against insurgency in the state.
These hunters possess the ability to disappear among other magical powers, to combat Boko Haram in the state.
The hunters, also said to be able to resist gun shots, are expected to complement the effort of the military in combating terrorism in the state and the region.
Zulum, had on Friday, engaged 30 imams in Saudi Arabia to render daily supplication around the Ka’aba, Islam’s holiest site, for the state’s fight against the terrorists.
These fighters has been equipped with Armories such as Gun, Swords for effective fight.
Reports has it that the recruitment was intensified in the last two weeks with the traditional hunters armed and administered the oath of allegiance using the Qur’an, Islam’s most sacred book.
Most of them of which are Muslims.
